Learn leadership skills you will put to work right away, and continue to draw upon for the rest of your career.

Learning is a process, not an event.
Chain Reaction’s leadership development programs yield lasting, meaningful growth through an engaging, optimized process. Our goal is relevance and practical application rather than simple knowledge transfer. Each program element meshes seamlessly with the others to create a comprehensive, sustainable learning experience.

The Five Responsibilities of a Leader
  • Classroom sessions are engaging and practical. There are small and large group discussions as well as experiential practice. We use real scenarios so that learning is relevant and immediately applicable. Classes progressively focus on the dimensions described in the Five Responsibilities model, beginning with Self.
  • Fieldwork assignments reinforce and personalize learning — they make it real. Participants conduct these in their work environments, then debrief them as a group to reveal themes and share insights with one another.
  • Executive coaching helps participants reinforce and further personalize insights. It provides an important accountability structure as participants apply what they’ve learned. Coaches also help interpret both self-reported and 360-style surveys.
