Carle Churgin, ACC, CPCC is a co-founder and majority partner in Chain
Reaction Partners, LLC. She is a certified Co-Active Professional and Corporate
Coach who coaches professionals and executives, conducts leadership development programs and facilitates team meetings and retreats. Since 1998, Carle has coached hundreds of individuals across the globe, worked with teams to be more collaborative and reach goals, facilitated strategic planning retreats and helped mediate interpersonal conflicts. She has also helped develop and deliver numerous courses on managing, leadership and communication skills for such clients as the University of Nebraska, University of Colorado, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Boulder Housing Authority, and NOAA. With her partners, she has been instrumental in the design and delivery of the award winning Leadership Academy and Executive Leadership Programs (ASTD Star Award) at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) between 2003 and 2020. Carle and her husband, Andy, designed and delivered a 6 month leadership development program in partnership with the University Corporation of Atmospheric Research (UCAR) for NSF funded institutions for scientific leaders. Most recently she helped design and instructed in the Mines Leadership Institute at the School of Mines in Colorado.
From 2006 until 2019, she co-led a program called Coaching and Mentoring for Excellence with her husband for the Office of Personnel Management. This program has been delivered in its entirety or in a customized format to the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General, Defense Commissary Agency, Internal Revenue Service, Bureau of Reclamation, Department of Defense SES, General Services Administration, Army Audit Agency, and the Library of Congress. She has been an instructor in leadership for the Graduate School of Banking Colorado and is a coach and instructor of Talent and Succession Management for its Executive Development Institute.
Carle has been a coach for OPM’s New Mexico and Colorado Leadership Development Programs and taught Leading through Change. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and is in the application process for her MCC credential with ICF. In addition to executive coaching, Carle has extensive management experience in communications and public relations, including owning a high technology PR agency for five years. She holds a degree in business administration and is certified in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Team Coaching and the Team Diagnostic Assessment from Team Coaching International, numerous 360 assessments, Perrone Ambrose Mentor Training and as a facilitator for the Strengths Deployment Inventory from Personal Strengths Publishing. She is also a moderator for the Better Angels organization.

In addition to executive coaching, Andy has more than 20 years experience in sales, marketing and general management. As brand manager, director of marketing, vice president of marketing and product development and president at various multi-national corporations and entrepreneurial companies, Andy developed expertise in strategic planning, team facilitation, product ideation, development and launch, and executive leadership. He earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Maryland. Andy is certified by Team Coaching International in the Team Diagnostic Assessment, is a credentialed facilitator for the Strengths Deployment Inventory from Personal Strengths Publishing, as a coach for numerous 360 assessments and is certified in the Perrone-Ambrose Mentor Training Program.
